LIATH LUACHRA Genre: Television Series Michael Grais has written the pilot plus one episode and bible for the TV series based on the novel Liath Luachra (The Grey One) by Irish writer Brian O'Sullivan. Liath Luachra is a young Celtic female warrior fighting for her life in the violent male-dominated second century AD Ireland: A land of tribal affiliations, secret alliances, and treacherous rivalries. The pilot is forced to drop this payload in a dense unpopulated forest close to the demilitarized zone. It just misses obliterating a Bosnian city. The bomb craters a hole deep into the forest floor and releases from it's underground lair a 8th century weapon monster. CROSSFIRE HURRICANE Genre: Period Action “Crossfire Hurricane” is a gritty crime thriller that takes place over a single day at a corrupt Louisiana police precinct while a potentially devastating Category 4 hurricane rapidly forms off the Florida coast. Crossfire Hurricane is a dark comedy about a bunch of cops who went amok in their own station house – based on a real event. Lakeshore Drive Genre: Period Drama Lakeshore Drive takes place in a wealthy Chicago suburb in the 1960s. A coming of age story about a boy with a mentally disturbed but seductive mother and an aggressive father involved in legal and illegal activities. The story shows how the young boy’s high school girlfriend, his first love, and their tumultuous sexual relationship mirrors his parents and how he has to become tough to survive them. CHRISTA'S LUCK Genre: Teen fiction novel Inspired by a real horse rescue, this story is about a young woman's fascination with an endangered herd of wild horses and how her special connection with them inspires her to look beyond her own unforgivable mistakes and try again. She rises up to become a horse advocate at fourteen, whose passion and heart move an entire town to take action.
